THE JOB:
Abide by all Safety regulations and policies Must wear all required PPE for any task/job currently being performed Meet all production standards and efficiencies focusing on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost based on current routings/times Perform daily housekeeping task. Help maintain 5S standards in your work location and whole department Must be willing to work outside of your current Job Classification and Department as qualified and needed Responsible for the planning, purchasing, inventory management and shipping functions Lead and manage the planning and purchasing team, including setting goals and managing performance to those goals. Plan and manage the development of the team. Team responsibilities include planning and purchasing of inventory and MRO, and scheduling workflow for manufacturing operations
