About the Role Brose Group is seeking a Supplier Quality professional to manage and develop electronic component suppliers in accordance with automotive industry requirements. You will plan, conduct, and follow up on system, process, and product audits; manage supplier complaints using structured problem-solving methodologies; monitor quality KPIs; and drive corrective/preventive actions. You will collaborate with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Customer Quality to ensure supplier conformity and successful audits.

- Manage and develop suppliers of electronic components in accordance with automotive industry requirements
- Plan, conduct, and follow up on system, process, and product audits at supplier locations in accordance with VDA 6.3
