Supervisor Plant Maintenance (Engineering)
Primary Purpose of Position:
- Supervises Electrical Technicians, Machinists and Millwrights to support continuous operation of plant equipment.
- Facilitate proper technical and electrical training to support plant safety and preventative maintenance programs.
Essential Functions:
- Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical/electronic technicians
- Manage plant electrical projects
- Develop electrical material and labor forecasts
- Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedules
- Provide information on modification on work policies, safety regulations, electrical codes and specifications.
- Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
- Provides administration and supervision of the plant maintenance function as directed.
