Supervisor, Know Your Customer (KYC) Operations
In this role, you will operate within the Know Your Customer team of the Global Operations organization. As a KYC Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in supervising a group of KYC specialists and senior specialists who review customer cases requiring enhanced due diligence (ECDD). This includes reviewing and understanding the customer behavior, their relationship with counterparties, economic profile, as well as identification and resolution of any potential suspicious activity.
- Manage a team of specialists and senior specialists who investigate customer profiles to make sure that no anti-money laundering or other illegal financial activities are involved.
- You will be responsible for employees’ performance, career development, and problem-solving.
