The Success Coach and Greek Life Coordinator serves as a central resource in advancing student success, retention, and experiential learning at Long Island University. From orientation to graduation, this integrated role combines proactive, individualized coaching with the coordination of academic, career, and co-curricular support services to ensure students thrive throughout their LIU journey.
Acting as a student’s primary point of contact, the Success Coach provides personalized guidance in academic planning, financial aid navigation, campus engagement, and career readiness. Coaches work one-on-one with students to develop tailored success plans aligned with their goals, interests, and strengths while supporting course selection, major exploration, scholarship access, internship guidance, study abroad opportunities, and post-graduation planning.
