Subsystem Ingenieur:in Mechanische Konstruktion (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben
- Ermittlung, Analyse und Umsetzung aller anwendbaren Missions, System, Umwelt, AIT und Produktsicherungsanforderungen für die mechanische Auslegung von Satelliten und Instrumentenstrukturen
- Konzeption, Auslegung und Konstruktion von Spacecraft und Instrumentenstrukturen (Primär, Sekundär und Tertiärstrukturen) sowie optomechanischen Mechanismen und ISO statischen Aufhängungen in interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
- Entwicklung von Leichtbaustrukturen einschließlich MGSE/OGSE Konzepten, Durchführung von Massen, Schwerpunkt,
- Trägheits- und mechanischen Toleranzanalysen sowie Definition optimaler Strukturdesignlösungen
- Umsetzung aller System, Subsystem und Analyseanforderungen in die mechanische Konstruktion inkl. 3D Harness Routing,
- Definition von Bauräumen und Erstellung von Interface Requirement Drawings (IRD)
