About this Role We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Study Recruiter to join our Enrollment Services team in Berlin. You'll be at the heart of clinical research, identifying and recruiting qualified study participants while coordinating every aspect of the enrollment process. This is a pivotal role where your organizational excellence and interpersonal skills directly impact the success of groundbreaking clinical trials.
Key Accountabilities:
- Extract and identify qualified volunteers from medical databases, building targeted subject lists aligned with study protocols
- Maintain and continuously update our volunteer database with precision and attention to detail
- Leverage your knowledge of interested candidates to optimize recruitment outcomes
- Develop comprehensive expertise in study designs, inclusion/exclusion criteria, and participant requirements
