Purpose
- To support efficient store operations by accurately receiving, storing, issuing, and documenting materials while ensuring stock availability in good condition and strict compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Food Safety standards, inventory control procedures, and safety requirements.
The Job
- Receive, inspect, and verify stock items against delivery documents to ensure quantity and quality accuracy.
- Issue materials based on approved requisitions while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all stock receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
- Organize and arrange stock items systematically for easy identification, accessibility, and retrieval.
- Monitor stock levels and material usage to ensure timely replenishment and uninterrupted operations.
