Storekeeper cum Weighbridge Clerk
About this role
The Storekeeper cum Weighbridge Clerk is responsible for managing daily weighbridge operations, executing accurate SAP transactions (including Goods Receipt Notes / GRN), and maintaining tight inventory control across store operations. This role bridges physical material handling with SAP system accuracy to ensure smooth receiving, stock reconciliation, and operational compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Weighbridge Operations & Incoming Material Receiving
- Operate weighbridge equipment to weigh incoming raw materials, bulk shipments, and outgoing vehicles accurately.
- Verify incoming delivery orders (DO), weighbridge slips, supplier documentation, and physical goods against purchase orders (PO).
- Ensure incoming vehicles adhere to site safety and operational guidelines
