About this role
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for leading the overall success of the boutique by:
- Championing a client-centric culture and delivering exceptional, personalised experiences that reflect the Prada standard;
- Driving and maximising sales performance, achieving commercial targets and delivering sustainable growth;
- Inspiring and motivating the team to consistently exceed individual and KPIs;
- Coaching, developing and empowering the team, with a strong focus on talent development and performance management;
- Ensuring the team remains highly engaged and equipped with the latest Prada Group knowledge, including product, collections, policies and procedures;
- Fostering an entrepreneurial, collaborative and high-performance culture;
