Job Summary
- The Store Keeper is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate records of all inventory items within the branch.
- The role ensures that stock levels are properly monitored, losses are minimized, and all materials required for daily operations are available when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Issue materials and supplies to authorized personnel.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests when necessary.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory audits.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory items.
