Job Purpose
- To efficiently receive, store, safeguard, and issue hotel supplies, materials, equipment, and consumables while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring proper stock control.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect all incoming goods against approved purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Verify quantities, quality, specifications, and expiry dates of items received.
- Properly store and arrange goods to ensure easy identification, accessibility, and proper preservation.
- Issue supplies and materials to authorized departments based on approved requisitions.
