Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The essential functions of this position include but are not limited to:
- Load product by batch into sterilization carriers.
- Unloads sterile product to maintain a constant flow of product through the sterilization process.
- Verifies catalog number, lot number and quantity of each lot batch.
- Matches the Run Sheet pallet tracers and product count to assure correct items are accounted for.
- Places product in gravity racks and tracks the location on white board.
- Monitors palletizer, robots, stretch wrap, metal detector, and labeler.
- Matches the Run Sheet pallet tracers and product count to assure correct items are accounted for.
- Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area at all times.
- Loads material into truck trailers, verify count on the packing list.
- Inspects trailers and properly fills out trailer inspection form.
