QUELLES SERONT TES MISSIONS ?
- Tu valideras des communications et des opérations marketing sur tous supports (TV, internet, magasins, réseaux sociaux, affichage, etc.) ;
- Tu rédigeras et négocieras de contrats divers (contrats commerciaux, contrats de prestations de services, contrats logistiques, contrats de partenariats, achats de droits, etc.) ;
- Propriété intellectuelle : Tu conseilleras les opérationnels, recherche d’antériorités, assistance mémoires d’oppositions, etc.
- Tu rédigeras des notes juridiques et réaliseras des recherches sur des sujets variés (concurrence, consommation, contrats, compliance (RGPD, anticorruption) etc.) ;
- Tu contribueras de façon active au « knowledge management » de l’équipe (veille juridique et réglementaire, documentation, bases de données etc.)
