Vos Challenges
En collaboration avec les managers et associés du cabinet, votre mission, en tant que Stagiaire Avocat Tax F/H consiste à :
- Contribuer à la rédaction de consultations en fiscalité des entreprises (IS / TVA / taxes locales) et fiscalité patrimoniale (fiscalité du chef d'entreprise et transmission) ;
- Participer aux revues fiscales et aux operations d'audits fiscaux ;
- Accompagner les clients tout au long de la procédure de vérification de comptabilité et le suivi de la procédure contentieuse le cas échéant;
- Etre en charge de la veille fiscale;
- Participer à la vie du cabinet.
Votre Profil
Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de formation supérieure type DJCE / Master 2 avec une spécialité en fiscalité et vous préparez le CAPA.
