Vos Challenges
En collaboration avec les associés du cabinet, votre mission, en tant que Stagiaire Legal F/H consiste à :
- Participation au suivi des opérations courantes en droit des sociétés ;
- Assistance dans la préparation d'opérations exceptionnelles et de restructuration (fusions, TUP, apports partiels d'actifs, etc.) ;
- Contribution à la rédaction d'actes juridiques, contrats et baux, ainsi qu'aux opérations de cession et d'acquisition d'entreprises.
Votre Profil
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de formation supérieure type DJCE / Master 2 avec une spécialité en droit des affaires.
- La maîtrise de l’anglais juridique, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, serait un plus.
