About the Role
The Total Rewards Partner – Mexico is an individual contributor for Uber Freight’s Mexico population. The role is responsible for the design, administration, governance, communication, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefit programs. This position has no direct people-management responsibility and operates as a strategic and hands-on subject matter expert, partnering closely with EET, Payroll, Finance, HRIS, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, financially sustainable, and operationally executable. This position combines program strategy with day-to-day execution.
