What You'll Do
- Build, maintain, and communicate the TikTok Shop demand forecast, including material-level sales plans that reflect account priorities, promotional activity, inventory availability, and emerging demand signals
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Merchandising, Demand Planning, and Digital Marketplace teams to develop and complete seasonal and in-season plans that support revenue, margin, and inventory objectives
- Lead the account planning process at TikTok Shop, converting growth strategies, product launches, promotional calendars, affiliate programs, and live shopping events into actionable forecasts and inventory plans
