Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Leads the innovation, development, and optimization of new laser welding manufacturing concepts, equipment, processes, and procedures for transfer to manufacturing operations. Executes assignments with limited oversight from manager. Work with R&D teams on component material selection, geometry, and failure analysis to ensure robust welding processes.
