About this role
iHerb is hiring a Sr. Manager, Payment Operations (remote, based out of Irvine, CA) to own, scale, and optimize its global payments processing ecosystem. This leader drives operational excellence across payment processors, acquirers, and local payment methods worldwide to maximize transaction success and minimize cost-of-acceptance, acting as a highly collaborative partner to Marketing, Revenue, Product, and Finance teams.
Responsibilities include acting as the primary operational partner to Marketing and Revenue on payment capability alignment with commercial strategy, promotions and geographic expansion; owning and optimizing end-to-end payment operations and KPIs; managing relationships with payment processors including quarterly business reviews; managing a global portfolio of payment methods (card/debit networks, digital wallets such as Apple Pay/Google Pay/PayPal, BNPL, local…
