This role is responsible for driving new product introductions, managing engineering changes, leading cross-functional project execution, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from planning through implementation.
- Managing engineering change processes and ensuring successful execution across manufacturing and engineering teams.
- Driving Value Engineering initiatives to optimize product design and reduce product costs.
- Managing multiple strategic projects simultaneously, including capital investment (CapEx) initiatives.
