About the Role Senior HSE leader responsible for providing governance and guidance on health, safety and environment at Reliance Industries' site and regional level, focusing on groundwater protection, emissions control and subsurface/site integrity. Drive risk management, regulatory compliance and continuous HSE improvement across high-risk operations. What You'll Do
- Provide leadership and governance for the HSE management system across sites ensuring alignment with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, statutory requirements and corporate standards.
- Define expectations and oversee implementation of critical safety routines including PTW, LOTO, SOP adherence, contractor HSE governance, inspections and audits.
- Lead HSE risk management frameworks including review of JSAs/TRAs, oversight of HAZID/HAZOP action closure and enforcement of safe operating envelopes.
