Sr. Desktop Support / Jr. Network System Engineer Location: Harrisburg, PA - 17111 (Onsite & Hybrid) Duration: Direct Hire
Experience: Minimum 3+ years Top Must Haves:
- 3-5+ years of hands-on IT experience in desktop support, technical support, systems support, network support, or a related position.
- Provide Level II technical support for users across warehouse and office environments.
- Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, peripherals, operating systems, and business applications.
- Support and troubleshoot warehouse technology including handheld devices, RF/scanning devices, workstations, and other connected devices.
- Support thermal printers, label printers, barcode printers, and other warehouse printing technologies.
- Troubleshoot print server, print queue, driver, hardware, application, and network printing issues.
