- Drive scientific engagement with Medical Experts and implement clinical and educational strategies
- Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries and educate Medical Experts on medical/scientific information
- Develop and execute Medical Expert engagement plans aligned with country strategy
- Support Alcon clinical research programs and optimize trial execution, including facilitating the Investigator Initiated Trial process upon investigator request
