Specifics Include:
- Conducts data entry input to support intake volume
- Prepares data analytics reports, including KPI data sorting, regional heat map data collection, and report preparation for management review and other governance forums
- Helps maintain accurate and relevant content on information sources, including websites, SharePoint sites, and other tools
- Assists with intake monitoring as needed, including Drugs, Devices, Biologics, and Standards
- Supports SME community with database access and may provide training material assignments
- Provides day-to-day support for SMEs in the database by running reports to ensure actions are advancing, supports SME community in workflow inquiries, and runs monthly status reports
