The Advanced Missile Propulsion & Technologies (AMPT) Project Engineering Department is seeking an experienced engineer for a full-time position at the West Palm Beach, FL campus to support the development of air breathing hypersonic programs. The AMPT Project Engineer will lead program execution across all phases; from initial concept design to hardware delivery of airbreathing assets. The senior associate project engineer communicates and influences within and outside of their own function or business area and has responsibility for communicating with parties external to the organization (customers, vendors, etc.).
Essential Functions:
- Lead or support engineering teams working on airbreathing hypersonic propulsion development. Direct and coordinate multi-discipline engineering tasks to meet program requirements
