Job title: Sr Assoc, Repair & Maintenance Trades
Main Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement projects (PEAK) focused on maintenance performance, equipment reliability, and cost optimization.
- Analyze maintenance data and identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities to reduce machine breakdowns and downtime.
- Drive implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and Six Sigma initiatives.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for recurring equipment issues.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance costs.
- Develop and standardize maintenance procedures, work instructions, and best practices.
- Facilitate continuous improvement workshops and employee engagement activities.
