Responsibilities
- Lifting Authority & Governance
- Serve as the designated Appointed Person (AP) for offshore lifting operations across the APAC region.
- Provide technical leadership and governance for all lifting and load handling activities.
- Develop and maintain lifting standards, procedures, and best practices aligned with industry regulations and company requirements.
- Ensure compliance with LOLER, PUWER, IMCA, BS 7121, ISO standards, local regulations, and client-specific requirements.
- Act as the technical authority for lifting-related risk management and assurance activities.
- Planning & Engineering
- Review, approve, and authorize lift plans, critical lift studies, and lifting risk assessments.
