Job Summary/Overview
The Specialist, HR Technology administers, tests and supports the development of the organization’s global HR technology system. This position is responsible for maintenance, delivery and storage of all required HR data, data analytics and electronic storage and sharing of HR records.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the global Human Resources Information System (HRIS) on a day-to-day basis.
- Work with internal stakeholders and HR teams to standardize and build processes supported by the configuration of HR systems
- Manages data integrations between HR and business systems globally
- Provides data analytics for the business and the HR team through report writing and enabling appropriate data access.
