Job title: Specialist, Copywriter
This role is responsible for writing well-organized, engaging, and persuasive copy for various packaging designs and internal communication to associates in support of business objectives that raise brand awareness and drive sales. This position ensures all copy adheres to and enhances the established Petco brand voice and is regulatory compliant. It’s essential that this role understands the lines of business assigned, and the different types of copywriting required across disciplines including: Packaging, online product communication, brand awareness vehicles to the customer and associates. This role is expected to perform many support tasks related to project, private brand, product, and competitive research
Develop new and unique creative and informational copy for products, both independently, and in support of the Communications Manager.
