Summary
Overall responsible for executing strategies, managing sourcing activities and operational purchasing to secure delivery of the sourcing objectives in Pure Ballast and BU/PU.
Key Tasks
- Responsible for communicating and ensuring alignment on sub-commodity strategies.
- Lead, manage and execute the strategy work for Pure Ballast.
- Lead purchasers and purchasing managers, direct and indirect in all related sites.
- Accountable for material cost reduction results and the supply-related performance.
- In collaboration with Global Commodity teams, responsible to develop plans and delivering agreed targets and secure focus areas are incorporated in line with PB and BU/PU Strategies.
