Job title: Software Solution Engineer
The Role A Software Solution Engineer designs and configures software solutions based on customer specific requirements and agreed specifications, performs testing of the configured solution, writes solution technical documentation and stores the software solutions in designated folders. The Solution Engineer is responsible for the software installations until completion of the customer agreed configured solution. The Solution Engineer supports the Solution Consultant and the Project Manager in reviewing the technical specifications, efforts required and in liaising with customers and OEM partners whenever required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review final sales proposal document before starting design and configuration, and escalate to immediate manager/project manager for any issue
