Summary
Social Work Supervisor, locally titled Caregiver Support Program (CSP) Supervisor, which provides a state-of-the-art continuum of services, education and resources to caregivers of Veterans with complex needs. The incumbent oversees service delivery and coordination of care activities for family caregivers who provide personal care services to eligible Veterans regardless of period of service.
Duties
- The incumbent establishes and maintains an ongoing education program for Veterans, caregivers, community agencies, students, and staff to facilitate understanding of clinical practice guidelines, mental health issues, readjustment issues and psychosocial issues facing caregivers.
