Role summary
- The Social Media Specialist manages and grows social media presence for clients and/or the agency itself, developing content strategies, publishing schedules, and community engagement plans that drive brand awareness and audience growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media content calendars aligned to client or brand strategy
- Write, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor and engage with audiences, managing community interactions and comments
- Track platform analytics and prepare regular performance reports with insights
