- Social Media & Content Posting
- Post pre-designed and pre-edited content (photos, videos, reels, ads) across Instagram, WhatsApp Status, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.
- Ensure all posts go live on time according to the content calendar.
- Monitor comments, DMs and engagement; respond or escalate as necessary.
Sales & Client Follow-up
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Provide product/service information and pricing.
