Corewell Health is seeking a Simulation Operations Coordinator to join its clinical simulation team at Lakeland Hospital in St. Joseph, MI. This is a part-time (24 hours/week), evening-shift role with a flexible schedule tied to the simulation training calendar; some weeks involve several full-day shifts, other weeks shorter shifts across multiple days.
The Coordinator provides technical support for simulation operations and handles the administrative side of the simulation program: preparing and programming simulators and task trainers, running scenarios with instructors, maintaining and repairing simulation equipment and AV/computer systems, coordinating center scheduling and utilization, tracking inventory and maintenance contracts, and maintaining information management systems (scheduling, equipment sign-out, education records, evaluations).
