Shopify E-commerce Manager position based in Ilupeju, Lagos with hybrid work arrangement. Responsibilities include owning and managing the commercial performance of the Shopify platform; developing and executing e-commerce, digital marketing, and growth strategies; leveraging AI tools and automation to improve acquisition, conversion, and efficiency; designing digital assets, workflows, and AI-driven solutions; planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok; optimizing website performance, merchandising, and conversion rates; developing email marketing, remarketing, and abandoned cart recovery strategies; monitoring key metrics including traffic, conversion, CAC, ROAS, retention, and revenue; and collaborating with sales, content, product, and creative teams.
