Control the final steps of the supply chain. We are urgently hiring shipping clerks who can efficiently manage the physical staging and documentation for outbound freight. Secure immediate contract income and consistent pay by accepting short-term mandates that put your coordination and material handling skills to work on the shipping dock.
Your responsibilities: Staging management: organize and manage the shipping dock, ensuring all finished orders are correctly staged and separated by carrier and destination. Loading supervision: assist and coordinate with dock workers and forklift operators during the loading of trailers, ensuring load manifests match and the weight is properly distributed. Manifest reconciliation: verify that the physical count of staged pallets matches the final shipping manifest and bill of lading (bol) prior to carrier acceptance.
