KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate logistics activities related to customer orders and shipments.
- Liaise with Sales, Customer Service, Dispatch, Warehouse, and Shipping/Receiving teams.
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist with investigating service-related complaints.
- Input, update, consolidate, and communicate ETA and shipping information to relevant business units.
- Analyze customer load information to verify appropriate routes, rates, and schedules.
- Coordinate shipment schedules with vendors and service providers.
