About the Role
As the SHE Manager for our Suzhou site, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, health, environmental protection, and biosafety of our employees and operations. You will support the SS&E China Lead and Suzhou Plant Lead in overseeing SHE operations at the site. Acting as the primary liaison between the Suzhou site and BioNTech's China SHE team, you will be responsible for implementing global standards and guidelines while working closely with local business teams. Additionally, you will serve as the key contact with local government authorities, submitting routine reports and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive a proactive SHE culture and contribute to operational excellence in a dynamic environment.
