Responsibilities / Tasks
- We are looking for a Service Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Alcobendas. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to apply deep technical knowledge in a primarily office-based service environment, supporting customers and service teams with strong technical solutions. Candidates with less experience will also be considered, provided they demonstrate strong technical potential and a willingness to develop within the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze customer requests in close collaboration with local Sales and Technical Service teams, as well as GEA Technology Centers, ensuring accurate definition of the technical scope for quotations.
