We are looking for a Service Owner who will act as the key interface between the customer and the Ericsson delivery organization, ensuring service excellence, stability, and continuous improvement. This role works closely with SDU, MSCOO, Service Architecture, Reliability, and Improvement teams.
What you will do
- Act as the primary customer interface for the assigned service.
- Own end-to-end service lifecycle management.
- Ensure effective collaboration with SDU, MSCOO, Architecture, and Reliability teams.
