Für unsere Division MCS Mission Critical Systems suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt am Standort Zürich einen Service Operation Desk Engineer (m/w/d).
Ihre Aufgaben
- Entgegennahme von Störungen und Service Anfragen in einem spannenden Bereich der Alarmierungs- und Kommunikationssysteme, Applikationen und anderen kritischen Infrastrukturen.
- Sie bearbeiten sämtliche 1st- und 2nd Level Aufgaben in Zusammenhang mit unseren Kunden, Benutzern und Lieferanten.
- Triagierung, Tracking und Eskalation der Tickets.
- Aufbereiten von Reports und Statistiken.
