Details:
This position is for UEM/MDM technology. The individual should have 5+ years of experience in MDM technology with strong technical background and be very keen in troubleshooting issues. Normal operations require managing critical issues, regularly communicating with customers, training on MDM product features. Ability to reproduce customer environments in order to find root cause of issues will be a key responsibility.
- Design and Implement Mobility solutions for fleet of devices of different customers.
- Should have hands-on experience on Workspace ONE platform.
- Help in enrollment and provisioning of various devices like iOS, Android, Windows.
