Manager
- Lead and manage QA, Training, Quality TL, and Training TL teams.
- Drive quality and training performance through coaching, feedback, and process improvements.
- Analyze data, prepare reports/decks, and provide actionable insights.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships and participate in calibration sessions.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality frameworks, training plans, and corrective action programs.
- Support new hire learning, reduce learning curves, and improve product/process knowledge.
- Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience in Quality/Training operations.
