Position Summary The Senior Sustaining Quality Engineer leads complex nonconformance (NCR) investigations, CAPA activities, and manufacturing quality improvements to ensure product quality, compliance, and operational excellence. This role partners with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, drive root cause investigations, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex NCR investigations and CAPA activities from initiation through closure.
- Facilitate root cause analysis and develop effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide quality engineering support to manufacturing operations and product sustaining activities.
- Support MRB activities, product disposition decisions, and quality event management.
