As a Senior Strategist on the Participant Financial Success – Offer Strategy and Planning team, you will play a key role in developing the future capabilities that a participant within a Vanguard retirement plan will experience. In this high-visibility role, you'll collaborate across Workplace Solutions and Personal Wealth, partnering with teams to deliver exceptional value to the participants, sponsors and consultants whom we serve. This role plays a pivotal part in the Crossover Rollover initiative—an enterprise-wide priority—by shaping strategies that will define the next generation of client engagement and success at Vanguard.
