Sr Software Engineer I leads the end-to-end development of software applications, ensures adherence to best practices, mentors and coaches junior engineers, and collaborates with teams to optimize performance and integration.
Responsibilities
- Contributes to design, development, troubleshooting, debugging, evaluating, modifying, deploying and documenting software and systems that meet the needs of Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM applications
- Responsible for all technical aspects of software development for assigned applications - performs hands-on coding, technical design and development of systems
- Function as member of an Agile team by contributing to software builds through consistent development practices
- Mentors junior Software Engineers and cross-functional team of colleagues, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
