About this role
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide Staubli customers with in-house or on-site repair, troubleshooting, maintenance services for Staubli robots on an emergency or 24/7 basis within the agreed SLA
- Promote STAUBLI services, continuously improve customer relationship and execute service sales.
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair Staubli robotic systems in house or on customer site.
- Provide remote technical support through multiple communication mediums with a focus on remediating customer installations, diagnosis, maintenance and repairs.
- Provide maintenance and other specific trainings to Staubli customers and follow-up for preventive maintenance Orders.
- Ability to discuss, diagnose & repair of robot operations and identify problems as reported by the customer.
