- Lead and execute 3-4 full lifecycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Apply solution architecture knowledge to design and configure the system.
- Manage data modeling and configure foundation objects. Oversee position management configuration, including syncing position data to job information.
- Develop and configure complex business rules to meet requirements.
